"Fun little car, but not the easiest to live with"
I really thought I was going to get along with the Mini better than I did. It has that cute, stylish look, and around town it feels fun enough to drive. For quick errands or short runs, the seats are okay and it definitely has a bit of personality, so I can see why people like them.
After spending more time in it though, it started to wear on me. The ride feels a little firm and my back gets tired on longer drives. Also, once you actually need to carry people or stuff, the space becomes a problem. The front is fine, but the back seats are very tight and the boot is tiny, so it just isn't as practical as I hoped.

"Warranty took way longer than I expected?!"
They did end up fixing it, so I’ll give them that, but the warranty process was so slow?! I thought it would be a lot quicker and easier than it was.
"Absolutely fun, but the range vanishes on the motorway"
I really like driving this car, no question about it. Around town it’s great and feels fun and easy to live with. But on the motorway, the electric range drops so fast it’s impossible not to notice. For city use, I’d say it’s totally fine. For longer trips, though, it’s definitely not its strongest point...
"Sturdy overall, with a tiny rattle here and there"
It feels solid and well put together. Nice build. The only thing I’ve noticed is a slight door rattle every now and then. Not a huge deal, just something I catch sometimes.

"I really do enjoy driving my mini, and..."
I really do enjoy driving my mini, and I still think it looks great, but the reliability has been a bit of a letdown. I’ve had a few warning lights pop up and a couple of small trips to the garage already, which happened at the worst times, right when I was busy and really needed the car to just work. Nothing has been a total disaster, but for what it costs, I expected it to feel a bit more dependable. I’m kind of torn on it

The site was simple and clear to use, which I appreciated. Booking took a little bit of time, but overall it was useful and got the job done

"Absolutely the slowest delivery ever"
I ordered from mini.es and I’m completely convinced the delivery took forever compared to what they said. The tracking was basically useless and barely updated, so I ended up having to ask twice where my stuff was. It did arrive okay in the end, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.
"Felt stupid for trusting them with something so basic"
I really do like my Mini, but trying to get parts through mini.es has been way more annoying than I expected. A couple of basic parts were showing as unavailable, and when I asked the dealer, they couldn’t even give me a clear idea of when they’d be back. i felt kind of stupid for trusting that the official route would be the easiest option.
I ended up waiting longer than I should have and then had to start looking elsewhere anyway. The site itself is fine to browse, but that doesn’t mean much if the parts you actually need aren’t there. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating.
"Messy, dated, and hard to use"
The site just feels messy and old. The colors don’t really go together, the fonts feel all over the place, and I kept having to zoom around just to find basic things. It’s messy, it’s dated, and it really feels like the design was kind of an afterthought. I expected something a lot cleaner and more polished from MINI

"Service took way too long"
I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the dealer service experience was frustrating. I waited a lot longer than I expected, and when I asked for updates, I didn’t really get clear answers. I get that places get busy, but a little better communication would’ve made a big difference.

"Great car, but the tech is a headache"
I expected the tech to be way more reliable for what this car costs. The app randomly loses track of the car, the navigation takes forever to respond, and CarPlay disconnects constantly. What’s most frustrating is that when you ask about it, it feels like there’s always some policy loophole or excuse that keeps them from actually fixing it properly. Basic stuff like this should just work.

"I was already feeling mentally drained when..."
I was already feeling mentally drained when I reached out, so waiting about a day for a reply felt a little longer than it probably was. That said, support did get back to me and fixed the issue, so overall it was a decent experience.

"Pushy sales and no follow-up"
The sales guy kept trying to push a bunch of extras on me, and as soon as I asked a few basic questions, he pretty much stopped replying. Maybe it was just my experience, but it gave me the impression that they’re more interested in getting a deposit than actually helping customers

"Disappointing drive and careless handling"
This was a worse drive than I expected. The steering felt really stiff, the ride was noisy, and it just wasn’t enjoyable at all. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the car hadn’t been handled with much care either, which just added to the overall disappointing experience.

"Too expensive for what you get"
I was browsing mini.es because I’ve always thought MINIs look fun and stylish, but the prices felt steep once I started clicking through the options, and every little add-on seemed to push the total higher and higher until I was sitting there thinking, wait, how did it get this expensive so quickly?
Maybe it’s just not the right brand for my budget, because the cars do look nice and I get the appeal, but compared with a few other cars I checked out, the value just didn’t really make sense to me and I came away feeling a bit disappointed.

"Burns Through More Petrol Than Expected"
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and the petrol goes down faster than I was hoping. I expected it to be closer to what they claimed, but I feel like I’m losing money every time I fill up sooner than planned

I did get approved, which was nice, but the monthly payments and extra fees weren’t explained as clearly as I expected. Compared to some other places people talk about, the process wasn’t terrible, just not as straightforward as it could’ve been.

"Fun to Drive, But the Upkeep Hurts"
I really do like my mini, it’s a fun little car to drive. It handles great and has a lot of personality, which is why I wanted one in the first place. But from my experience, the maintenance costs have been way higher than I expected. Even small visits to the dealer feel pricey, and basic checks or simple parts seem to add up fast. I still enjoy the car, but for me, the cost of keeping it on the road takes away a lot of the fun.
